Terms and conditions of experiences

1. Identification of the owner

These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase and use of vouchers and experiences offered on this website by:

2. Object

The vouchers allow you to enjoy the following experiences at Casa Jimenez restaurant:

Gastronomic experiences

  • Executive Menu (Monday through Friday, noon service)
  • Special Menu (Saturdays, noon service)
  • Tasting Menu “Surprise” (noon and evening service)

Training experience

  • Ham Cutting Course / Experience

Each voucher entitles only to the experience selected at the time of purchase.

3. Validity of vouchers

3.1 Gastronomic vouchers

  • The vouchers corresponding to gastronomic menus are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Once this period has elapsed, the voucher will automatically expire, losing its value without the right to reimbursement or extension.

3.2 Ham Cutting Experience

  • The Ham Cutting Experience voucher is valid exclusively on Thursdays during the months of June and July of the current year.
  • Outside these dates, the voucher may not be used, without the right to a refund, exchange or extension of validity.

4. Conditions of use

  • It is essential to present the voucher (in digital or printed format) at the restaurant before the start of the service or experience.
  • All experiences are subject to prior reservation and availability.
  • The voucher is for one-time use only and will be considered consumed once used.
  • Not combinable with other promotions, discounts or experiences.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed once the purchase has been made.
  • The amount of the voucher is not refundable, in whole or in part.
  • Failure to attend the experience or cancellation outside of the time period indicated by the restaurant may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

6. Limitations and exclusions

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Extensions of validity are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Additional drinks not included in the contracted experience must be paid for separately.
  • Casa Jimenez reserves the right to make adjustments to the menus or content of the experience for organizational, seasonal or product reasons, while maintaining the value and quality of the experience.

7. Responsibility

Casa Jimenez is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage or misuse of the voucher. The bearer of the voucher shall be responsible for its proper custody.

8. Applicable Legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Zaragoza, unless otherwise provided by consumer regulations.
