Several stages mark the life of BODEGÓN AZOQUE, from its origin in the street that bears his name, to the current location in Casa Jiménez street since 2004, always linked to the product cuisine and the high quality of its raw material.

A traditional restaurant located in the center of Zaragoza, run by the duo Iván Trasobares in the kitchen and José María Fontanellas in the dining room, in which the demand to offer the best dishes to its diners is structured as a fundamental pillar of its philosophy.
